Before you support any organization (including those featured on Parity Access), we encourage you to do your own homework:
Verify its Status.
Use the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search to confirm whether an organization is recognized as tax-exempt and eligible to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions.
Look at its Track Record.
When available, review public filings and reports to understand how it uses donated funds over time.
Ask Questions
It’s always okay to ask an organization how it measures impact and how your contribution will be used.
