Parity Access can act as your designated agent under Regulation D 506(c), arranging direct-creditor positions in SPVs alongside institutional partners. That pathway is separate from the Kodjoe Family Foundation’s charitable programming, but deeply aligned with the Full Circle vision of moving from aid dependency to investment, self-sufficiency, and true independence.
